The website states the the pizza dough is 100% fresh dough every day. The pizza bases are clearly not homemade or fresh, frozen bought in bases, rotten! The garlic mayo is very synthetic tasting, not nice at all

Disappointing pizza and nor what was ordered. 4 in 1 pizza ordered ingredients received appeared to be possibly americano , service since the take over has been appalling with collection times way out. Pizza only started to get made 10mins after arrange collection time- this was when the collection ( pizza oven) was slow and empty

Ordered on Friday delivery time 10.30 still waiting have phoned all different days as payment was taken but no food delivered

The Donner meat, one of the sausages and all the chips were served cold. The staff were nice but the restaurant was dirty. Weeks old cob webs all round the ceiling, down the walls and in the window blind, surfaces dirty and chewing gum stuck in the floors. Was actually a bit afraid to eat the food after seeing this when collecting.

The donner meat was sadly the worst I have ever had. It had no flavour and was, what felt like rubber. Was quite disappointed as I was looking so forward to it. Nan pizza was cold and slightly burnt

Fish was completely soggy plus hardly any chips

A delicious meal which was enjoyed by the whole family. Food was fresh and staff were very friendly.

Ordered food at 20.45, 22.00 hrs and food still hadn't arrived, was charged for it, tried phoning umpteen times, just rang out, and still not had a call back or money back!!!

Ordered one 10" and one 12" pizza but only received 2 x 10" . They were very tasty but my husband was still starving after he finished!! Ordered for 17.50 and arrived at 17.30 but that was ok as hubby was home sharp.
